How to Setup a Dialup Connection in Windows XP
Creating a Dial-up Connection
Click on the  button.
Go to  .
Right click on  and go to Properties or Internet Properties.
Click on the Connections tab.
Click on the button  .
6. Select the option to setup the Internet connection manually.
7. Click Next.
8. Select the option to connect through a phone line and modem.
9. Click Next.
10. Enter the dial-up telephone number.
11. Click Next.
12. Enter the username and password.
13. Click Next.
14. Enter a connection name of your choice.
15. Choose Yes or No on setting up e-mail.
16. Click Next and then click Finish if you are not setting e-mail up at this time.
